3.  Send letter to administrators of schools with no chapter, outlining the benefits of FBLA.

2.  Promote March of Dimes with statewide Mile of Dimes activity.

3.  Promote other community service ideas through SO bulletins.

   4.  Use MySpace page and web site to provide chapters ideas for activities that will promote their chapters.

3.  Contact advisers and ask them to sponsor a new chapter and provide support for new advisers.
